CaRe Network’s L4 Researcher Visits NTU for Academic Exchange with IEEE Fellow Prof. Dr. Yaow-Ming Chen

On 23 June 2025, Dr. Burin Yodwong visited National Taiwan University (NTU) to meet with Professor Dr. Yaow-Ming Chen, an IEEE Fellow and the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics. During the visit, Dr. Burin had the great honor of touring Professor Chen’s laboratory and learning more about NTU’s cutting-edge research in power electronics. Professor Chen’s work has long been recognized as highly influential in the global academic and engineering community, especially in the fields of power electronic converters and renewable energy.
Beyond the lab visit, Dr. Burin and Professor Chen engaged in an insightful conversation regarding future academic visits and the possibility of collaborative research initiatives. Their discussion highlighted several overlapping research interests and marked a meaningful step forward in strengthening international research connections and fostering the exchange of ideas between leading institutions in the field of power electronics.
