CaRe on Tour in Nakhon Sawan

On August 8, 2025, Prof. Dr. Ovidiu Bagdasar from the Global Consortium of the CaRe network and CaRe Leader Prof. Dr. Narin Petrot served as judges for the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Competition, part of the 10th National and International Academic Mathematics Competition, competing for the Royal Trophy awarded by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The competition showcased the remarkable creativity and technical skills of high school students.

Projects presented were both impressive and impactful, covering applications of AI in diverse areas such as sports performance analysis, healthcare innovation, monitoring moisture levels in rice crops, motion-to-speech translation, bee wellbeing tracking, eye-blinking activated lifts, and detection of risky behaviours in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The event demonstrated the transformative potential of AI in addressing real-world challenges and inspired the next generation of innovators.
