Strengthening Thailand–Japan Collaboration in Advanced Perovskite Solar Cell Research

On November 19, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Nopporn Rujisamphan, a member of CaRe and Head of the Interface & Surface Characterization (ISC) Laboratory, together with Dr. Ekkapob Ketsombun from the Faculty of Science, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, attended the press conference on the “Thailand–Japan Collaboration Project for Perovskite Solar Cell Field Testing” held at the Grand Ballroom, Grande Centre Point Hotel, Lumpini. During the event, they had the opportunity to attend a special lecture titled “Innovation Behind Perovskite Solar Cells” delivered by Prof. Tsutomu Miyasaka from Tokin University, Japan, the pioneer who first invented the perovskite solar cell. The session provided valuable insights into cutting-edge perovskite technologies and strengthened scientific collaboration in advanced solar energy research between Thailand and Japan
