On Friday, 9th November 2023, the Groupe de Recherche en Energie Electrique de Nancy (GREEN) organized the France-Thailand (UL-KMUTNB) Scientific Seminar. The topics of this seminar were divided into three areas: Power Electronics, Motor Drive, and Hydrogen Energy. The CaRe Network team presented their research work for this scientific seminar as follows:
1. Prof. Dr. Phatiphat Thounthong: “Overview: 20 Years of Research on Hybrid Power Sources: Fuel, PV, Battery & Supercapacitor.”
2. Prof. Dr. Surin Khamfoi: “Battery Charging in Thailand.”
3. Dr. Burin Yodwong: “Improved Hamiltonian Control Law with Load Current Sensorless for Multiphase Parallel Converters in Electric Vehicle Applications.”
4. Mr. Thong-In Suyata: “Improved Damping Control Based on Hamiltonian Energy Function with State-Observer for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drives.”
The seminar was significant, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration between French and Thai researchers. It highlighted the CaRe Network team’s research and opened possibilities for future collaborative projects in these crucial energy and motor drive technology areas.
