CaRe Global Network Members Participated in the RIMS Workshop on Nonlinear and Convex Analysis in Japan
Sep 16, 2026
CaRe Global Network members participated in the RIMS Workshop “Nonlinear Analysis and Convex Analysis,” held at Kyoto University, Japan, from September 14–16, 2026. The participating members included Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiyada Kumam, Asst. Prof. Dr. Konrawut Khammahawong, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyachat Borisut. The workshop brought together researchers working in nonlinear analysis, convex analysis, optimization, variational analysis, fixed point theory, and related mathematical fields, providing a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and strengthening international research collaborations.
During the workshop, Prof. Dr. Poom Kumam presented research related to variational inequalities and approximation methods, while Asst. Prof. Dr. Konrawut Khammahawong presented the research topic “A Double Inertial Projection Method for Inverse Quasi-variational Inequality Problems.” Their participation highlights the ongoing international academic activities of the CaRe Global Network and its commitment to fostering research exchange and collaboration with researchers across Asia and the global mathematical community.
